The warranty period is 2 years and commences on handing over the good, if not stated otherwise. Your warranty claims are limited to subsequent compliance (removal of defects or replacement) in the first place. Within this period, all guarantees will be resolved in your favor either by repair, replacement with a new item or, in the last resort, by a refund. If you notice that your item is defective in any way, please contact us first at email@example.com.
In order to process your complaint request as soon as possible, please send us the necessary documents to initiate the complaint procedure.

- Photos of the entire damaged item
- Photos of damage details (from multiple angles)
- Photos of the item's serial number (if available)
Photos must clearly show the advertised item. In the case of a complaint about the bicycle frame, it is necessary to take a picture of the entire bicycle, the clearly visible serial number located under the drive shaft and the damage to the frame that triggered the complaint (from several angles). Please make the photos clearly visible and no larger than 1MB per photo. In the case of a claim for an individual item, equipment or clothing, it is necessary to take a picture of the entire damaged item, a clearly visible detail of the damage (from several angles) and the serial number of the item (if any).
The warranty is only valid if the item has been used and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions, i.e. according to the usual regulations. The warranty does not cover damage that would occur in the event of a fall, collision, impact, overloading, as well as interventions and repairs during the warranty period outside of an authorized service center or as a result of poor maintenance of the item.
The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear of consumables such as: rolling bearings, tires, inner tubes, brakes, brake and gearbox bushings, brake and gearbox cables, brake pads, bulbs, drive gears, chains and cassettes, cranks, rings, batteries, etc.
The warranty on a specific item is not transferable and is valid only for the first customer. The invoice as proof of purchase is mandatory for all complaint procedures.
Any item that will be repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty period will be extended for the period that the item was being repaired.
The use of the article/bike during competitions, public events, rentals or activities for which the particular article/bike is not intended greatly reduces the useful life and in this case the article is not covered by the warranty.
